Via the availability calendar per B&B room and per apartment, you can send a booking request if there is still a place available for you.

Prices
The price for B&B room Azzurra and for B&B room Verde, including breakfast, is € 124,00 per night in May, June, July, August, September and € 105,00 in October.
The price for apartment Monti or for apartment Collina, excluding breakfast, is € 148,00 per night in May, June, July, August, September and € 135,00 in October. If you would like an optional breakfast with an apartment, this is possible for € 12,50 per person. There are adjusted prices for children under 12.
Duration of stay and check-in
Il Posto Perfetto is open from May to November. The minimum stay for the B&B rooms is 3 nights and for the apartments 5 nights. You can check in or out any day of the week; so not only from Saturday to Saturday, for example. You can check in from 16.00 and check out before 10.00.
Book directly with Il Posto Perfetto
Sometimes you can book through another booking site, but most guests and I find personal contact much more pleasant. Hereby the friendly request to book directly through Il Posto Perfetto.
How can I book?
If you want to book, you can submit a booking request via the availability calendar.
The availability calendars can be found when you click on the images of the B&B rooms and flats above. If you prefer to send an e-mail, you can also do so at info@ilpostoperfetto.com
Booking confirmation and invoice
After sending your booking request, you will receive a booking confirmation and an invoice from Il Posto Perfetto.
If you confirm the invoice by e-mail, you only need to make the payment to finalise your booking.
Final booking and payment
After your approval, you have to pay 50% of the total amount to Il Posto Perfetto by bank within 2 days. The remaining 50% needs to be paid at least 14 days before arrival.
If you book within 14 days before arrival, the request is to pay the total amount in one time. You will receive an email from Il Posto Perfetto when the payment has been received.
Cancellation
It is possible to cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
