Welcome to B&B – and apartment accommodation Il Posto Perfetto in Santa Maria Nuova in the breathtaking Italian region of Le Marche

Since June 2019, the beautifully restored monumental building from 1790 has hosted many international guests in two cosy B&B rooms and in two authentically furnished apartments.

Il Posto Perfetto means “the perfect place”. How nice it would be if it is also “the perfect spot” for you.

Il Posto Perfetto has a nice garden with cosy seating areas and stunning views of the rolling hills.
The pool is a great place to relax. The picturesque village Santa Maria Nuova is very closeby within 1,5 km.

The beautiful beaches of Riviera del Conero can be reached within half an hour.

“Il Posto Perfetto is the perfect place! Host Peter tells you everything about the area and has great tips for nice routes. We also enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurants recommended by Peter. Everything was perfect at Il Posto Perfetto; the beautiful room with the lovely large bed, the great breakfast and the cozy Italian movie night. We particularly enjoyed the pool, the seating areas in the garden and the stunning view. This is a place where you can truly relax. We had a fantastic holiday. Thank you for your hospitality! B&B rooms and apartments

Il Posto Perfetto offers 2 cosy double B&B rooms Azzurra and Verde with king-size beds, private bathroom, minibar, air conditioning and free breakfast.

There are also 2 apartments Monti and Collina for 2-4 people with king-size beds, a bathroom, a kitchen, a terrace and the option of a full breakfast.

Il Posto Perfetto is open from May to November. The minimum stay for the B&B rooms is 3 nights and for the apartments 5 nights. You can check in or out on any day of the week; so not only from Saturday to Saturday, for example. If you want to make a reservation, you can automatically submit a booking request via the availability calendar. Hopefully there is still a place available for you to enjoy a perfect and carefree holiday soon.

You can find Il Posto Perfetto in central Italy, in the region of Le Marche, on the east coast near the Adriatic Sea

Le Marche is also called “Italy’s best-kept secret” and offers rolling hills, a beautiful coastline, several towns and villages and plenty of restaurants.

The cosy village of Santa Maria Nuova is located in the province of Ancona. It has several shops and a supermarket where you can do your shopping. It is only 1.5 kilometres from Il Posto Perfetto and only a 700-metre walk if you want to get there on foot.
