B&B ROOM VERDE

The cosy B&B room Verde for 2 persons measures 19 m2. It has many shades of green; that’s why the name of the room is called Verde. The double king-size bed measures 2.10 metres by 1.80 metres.

The B&B room is characterised by authentic elements, such as casement windows, shutters, oak ceiling beams, terracotta tiles and atmospheric accessories. The room has air conditioning and a minibar.

Free breakfast is served at your own private seating area in the garden.

Facilities

Fully equipped

The room has a practical open wardrobe, a handy towel rack, a passing mirror, bathrobes, fabric bath slippers, pool towels, a kettle for coffee and tea and if needed a duvet or bedspread for the early and late season. All the windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

Bathroom

The B&B room has a private bathroom with a rain shower, sink, toilet and bidet. There are several toiletries and towels and a hairdryer.

View

From B&B room Verde, you have stunning views of the swimming pool. If the weather is very clear, you can even see the sea in the distance.

Minibar

The room has a minibar, from which, for a fee, you can consume a variety of drinks. There are also bottles of white and red house wine waiting for you. You can also use the minibar to store your own food.

Fans and air conditioning

The fans in the room provide enough cooling, but sometimes it can get just a little too hot in summer. Because of that there will be also air conditioning from May 2024. You can use the fans or airco's for free.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included in the price and is very extensive and varied and is served in the garden by your own seat. Breakfast includes coffee and/or tea, yoghurt with fruit and muesli, a fresh smoothie, fresh brown and white bread from the baker with cheese and cold cuts and a delicious sweet Italian roll.

Swimmingpool

To relax, you can take a dip in the spacious swimming pool at any time of the day. If you want to swim a few lengths before breakfast or jump into the pool in the evening, it's no problem at Il Posto Perfetto.

Private sitting area

Many guests really like the private seating area, as it allows the two of you to enjoy your peace and quiet undisturbed. If occasionally you don't feel like going to a restaurant, you can eat your own food under your parasol.

Travel information

There is plenty of travel information in B&B room Verde, so you can make nice trips every day. Riviera del Conero is particularly popular. Of course, you will also get personal tips and advice on the area, activities and restaurants.

Booking info and availability calendar

Price
The price for B&B room Verde, including breakfast, is € 124,00 per night in May, June, July, August, September and € 105,00 in October.

Duration of stay and check-in
Il Posto Perfetto is open from May to November. The minimum stay for B&B room Verde is 3 nights. You can check in or out any day of the week; so not only from Saturday to Saturday, for example. You can check in from 16.00 and check out before 10.00.

How can I book?
If you want to book, you can submit a booking request via the availability calendar below. If you prefer to send an e-mail, it is also possible via info@ilpostoperfetto.com

Booking confirmation and invoice
After sending your booking request, you will receive a booking confirmation and an invoice from Il Posto Perfetto.
If you confirm the invoice by e-mail, you only need to make the payment to finalise your booking.

Final booking and payment
After your approval, you have to pay 50% of the total amount to Il Posto Perfetto by bank within 2 days. The remaining 50% needs to be paid at least 14 days before arrival.
If you book within 14 days before arrival, the request is to pay the total amount in one time. You will receive an email from Il Posto Perfetto when the payment has been received.

Cancellation
It is possible to cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
