Apartment Collina is suitable for couples, friends or families with children. The apartment can accommodate 2, 3 or 4 people.

Apartment Collina is 41 m2 and has a bedroom with a kingsize bed for 2 people, a bathroom, a kitchen, a room with 2 separate single beds for 2 persons and there is a terrace.

There are terracotta tiles and old stone window sills and it is particularly tastefully decorated. It also offers a flat-screen TV with national and international satellite channels.

Facilities

Bedroom for 2 persons

There is a spacious bedroom for 2 people. The king-size bed is 2.00 metres by 1.80 metres. The room has a practical open wardrobe, bathrobes, large pool towels, windows with mosquito nets and a duvet and/or bedspread for the early and late season. If a separate cot is desired, this can be arranged free of charge.

Room with 2 separate single beds

The 2 beds in this room are separate single beds. The beds are suitable for adults and children. The beds have thick mattresses, allowing you to sleep very comfortably.

Bathroom

The apartment has a private bathroom with a rain shower, a sink, a toilet, a bidet and a large full-length mirror. There is a hairdryer and several towels are provided.

Terrace

From your private covered terrace you have stunning views of the rolling hills where sunflowers twirl with the sun in summer. In summer, the crickets provide a melodious tune to dream away.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an induction hob, an oven, a coffee machine for nespresso cups, an electric kettle, a toaster and there are plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery. The kitchen has a fridge, from which, for a fee, you can consume various kinds of drinks. You can also use the fridge to store your own food and drinks. In Santa Maria Nuova (1.5 km.) there is a bakery, a delicatessen shop and a supermarket.

Cool fans

There is a fan in both rooms that provides sufficient cooling in the summer months. There is no air conditioning, as it is not necessary due to the thick walls and sealable windows and doors. Therefore, there have been no requests for air conditioning in recent years.

Optional breakfast

For € 12,50 per person you can order an optional delicious breakfast. For children under 12 years there are adjusted prices: from 0 - 2 years: € 0,00 from 2 - 7 years: € 5,00 from 7 - 10 years: € 7,50 from 10 - 12 years: € 10,00. If you would like breakfast, please let it know in advance. Breakfast is very varied with coffee and/or tea, yoghurt with fruit and muesli, a fresh smoothie, fresh brown and white bread from the baker served with cheese and cold cuts and a nice sweet Italian roll.

Swimmingpool

To relax, you can take a dip in the spacious swimming pool at any time of the day. If you want to swim a few lengths before breakfast or jump into the pool in the evening, it's no problem at Il Posto Perfetto.

Travel information

There is plenty of travel information in Apartment Collina, so you can make great trips every day. Riviera del Conero is particularly popular. Of course, you also get personal tips and advice on the area, activities and restaurants.

Price
The price for apartment Collina, excluding breakfast, is € 148,00 per night in May, June, July, August, September and € 135,00 in October.
If you would like an optional delicious and varied breakfast, this is possible for € 12,50 per person.
Adjusted prices apply for children under 12: 0-2 years: € 0,00, 2-7 years: € 5,00, 7-10 years: € 7,50, 10-12 years: € 10,00.

Duration of stay and check-in
Il Posto Perfetto is open from May to November. The minimum stay for apartment Collina is 5 nights. You can check in or out on any day of the week; so not only from Saturday to Saturday, for example. You can check in from 16:00 and check out before 10:00.

How can I book?

Booking confirmation and invoice
After sending your booking request, you will receive a booking confirmation and an invoice from Il Posto Perfetto.
If you confirm the invoice by e-mail, you only need to make the payment to finalise your booking.

Final booking and payment
After your approval, you have to pay 50% of the total amount to Il Posto Perfetto by bank within 2 days. The remaining 50% needs to be paid at least 14 days before arrival.
If you book within 14 days before arrival, the request is to pay the total amount in one time. You will receive an email from Il Posto Perfetto when the payment has been received.

Cancellation
It is possible to cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
